On Thursday, our class had its first intensive review session. Everyone had to print out Tiffany, Matt, Asia, Dominic, Sarah, and AJ's papers and make comments and corrections on them for class. We first reviewed Tiffany's essay, which was about how she believes in running. It was really interesting to hear all about her experiences and how running has shaped her life in multiple ways. We then moved on to Matt's paper. His essay was about how he believes in making music. It was cool to learn about how making music has helped him achieve so much and how he uses music in many different ways in life. Lastly, our class reviewed Asia's essay. Her essay was intriguing because she wrote about her involvement in various sports and activities, which led her to believing in passion. I think the intensive reviews were very helpful for the writers because it showed them their audience's perspective and suggestions that we had for them that they might not have thought of.
